As s the number of coronavirus infections continues to rise, almost all of us will need to self-quarantine or self-isolate is becoming evident.
If you are doing some work from home this might be helpful, please always stay positive and do things you enjoy at home, and PLEASE BE CALM.
First, don’t give in to the urge to sleep in and stay up late, it will be the first thing you will want to do, but set your alarm as usual and do your normal morning routine. Shower, eat what you normally eat, etc.
I know you will want to stay in pjs all day, that will be nice, don’t you think? BUT DON’T DO IT.
PLAN OUT YOUR WEEK
Have a schedule for the week as well. Make weekends somewhat different, even if that means something simple like making a more elaborate breakfast or you can do some yoga too, think about doing some art or do some online class.
BE A HELPER
Helping others is a known mood-booster. Be aware of who might be particularly vulnerable during this time and check on them by phone or email.
Please don’t go out and buy everything in stores, have in mind those who can’t go at 5am. And finally stay with the people that you love … but if they are a little older and you have some simtoms, stay away you could se them in a few days.
