The principal cause is gas when you have a lot of gas in your stomach and intestines you may start feeling the bloat, you feel full, nauseous and tired, this could increase when you have stomach infection, celic desease and you eat gluten.
REDUCE GAS AND BLOATING…. LIFESTYLE CHANGE
This tips can change the game, this are some simple lifestyle changes to reduce the problem.
- Cut back on fatty foods
- Avoid fizzy drink
- Eat and drink slowly
- QUIT SMOKING
- Don’t chew gum
- Exercise more
WHAT ABOUT CONSTIPATION?
The slower the food moves through the digestive tract, the more water the colon will absorb and the harder feces will become.
A person who poops fewer than 3 times per week may have constipation.
WHAT SOULD I DO?
This are little advises you could do to improve your digestive system.
- If you don’t have any other problem make sure you drink enough water.
- Try to drink warm liquids especially in the morning.
- Add fruit and vegetables to your diet.
- Another reason to train! Exersice 5 to 6 days of the week, your body moves, your intestines too, they become more active.
- DON’T IGNORE THE URGE TO POOP.
