In our current society, one in which we find ourselves in constant connection a connection that we always have in the palm of the hand, we should consider a periodic detoxification from the network pressure and excess of information for a few days or hours. Focus in what is important, in ourselves, in what we want, what we feel and how we can relax, be ourselves, not the one we show in the media, the analogous human being behind that digital being, indulge in friends , the family, in reading, studying and learning and in growing up.

Many of you who read this, will wonder why someone who writes a blog would suggest detoxifying the connection, networks or the social media and your cell phone, however here I will give you some simple and sincere reasons why this is an excellent option To feel more Libyan for a few days
– HERE THE BEST REASONS-
- Time to yourself
When you just take a break, it gives you more time to focus on you. When you have your phone there are so many things right at your fingertips, social media or whatever app may catch you, letting go of that, just for a little while, allows you to focus on you.
- Stop comparing yourself
when you’re on social media you see all this beautiful, succesfull, funny and rich people and you start comparing yourself and some people start having anxity and things like that, taking a break from social media would help you that you are better than you think.
- To sleep better.
Recent studies show that cell phone use before bed correlates with insomnia. Using your phone right before bed is a surefire way to sleep badly and have less energy the next day. If you’re anything like me, half of the problem is charging your phone on your nightstand and also using it as an alarm. Break the habit.
Those are just simple thing that could help you to recharge yourself, your energies and your connection with the world. i hope you like this blog, hope you like it.
